Before pick up

Where should I deposit my parcel?

You can choose where you want to deposit your parcel when entering the pick-up request. We recommend depositing small parcels and bagged items in the storage compartment of your mailbox. Larger parcels can be deposited by the mailbox or in front of the door.

Please make sure that the parcel is protected from the weather, so it stays dry even if it rains.

When do I have to deposit my parcel?

Sometimes we are faster than the wind. Therefore, please deposit your parcel at least 30 minutes before the time slot specified in the pick-up request.

How can I postpone/edit my pick-up request?

Go to our parcel tracking and you will find the option «Manage pick-up request». There you can postpone or edit your pick-up request until shortly before the pick-up time.

How can I cancel a pick-up request?

Go to the parcel tracking and you will find the option «Manage pick-up request». There you can cancel your pick up request until shortly before the pick up time.

After pick up

How do I know if my parcel has been picked up?

As soon as your parcel has been picked up, you will receive a pick-up confirmation by e-mail.

You can also track the status of your pick-up in the Quickpac parcel tracking. Simply open tracking and enter your parcel number.

My parcel was not picked up by Quickpac. What will happen to my returns parcel?

Sometimes Quickpac is not able to complete a pick-up request on time. In this case, the pick-up will take place in the next free pick-up time slot. You will receive a notification (e.g. by e-mail). The notification will state your new pick-up time slot and when you should have your parcel ready.

The parcel was picked up, but according to the sender it did not arrive. Where is my parcel and what should I do next?

Please contact the customer service of the online shop you ordered from.

My parcel has been picked up, but I have not received any notification. Why?

As soon as your parcel has been picked up, we will send you a pick-up confirmation by e-mail. Have you checked the spam folder in your mailbox?

You can also check the status of your pick up in the Quickpac parcel tracking. Simply open our parcel tracking and enter the parcel number.
