Quickpac offers online shops, mail order companies and other commercial parcel senders four different delivery speeds for climate-friendly parcel delivery:

• Economy
• Priority
• Priority+
• SameDay

By delivery time:
Arrive well through the day and evening

Quickpac delivers twice a day: through the day and in the evening. Of course, 100% with electric cars.

Evening delivery in particular is a major customer requirement: recipients wish to receive their parcels when they are at home. Thanks to the quiet delivery using electric vehicles, there are no unnecessary noise emissions. For parcel senders such as web shops, online marketplaces and mail-order companies, Quickpac's flexible delivery times enable late cut-off times and at the same time simple and reliable solutions for Priority, Priority+ or SameDay parcel delivery.

Daytime

Delivery takes place between 8:30 a.m. and 17:00 p.m.

For daytime delivery, parcels can be handed over to Quickpac as follows:

• Economy and Priority: Until 10:00 p.m. in any acceptance depot
• SameDay: until 7:00 a.m. in the respective local destination depot

Evening

Delivery takes place between 5:00 p.m. and 9:00 p.m.

For evening delivery, parcels can be handed over to Quickpac as follows:

• Economy and Priority: Until 10:00 p.m. in any acceptance depot
• Priority+: Until 9:00 a.m. in any acceptance depot
• SameDay: Until 11:30 a.m. in any acceptance depot or even after 11:30 a.m. in the respective local destination depot

By parcel dimension:
From tiny to quite big

The storage compartment of a mailbox ("Milchkasten") is a Swiss phenomenon and unique in the world. It is therefore only natural that parcels that fit into a storage compartment are delivered at more favourable rates.

Quickpac distinguishes between two parcel sizes:

• Mini
• Standard

By the way: regardless of the format of a parcel, Quickpac delivers parcels up to a maximum weight of 30 kg.

Mini

Quickpac Mini are parcels with a maximum format of 35.5 cm (A) x 25.0 cm (B) x 15.0 cm (C).

If no signature is required, these parcels are deposited in the storage compartment of the mailbox. Of course, they are scanned before being deposited. In buildings classified as insecure, Quickpac Mini parcels will also be handed over personally and not deposited.

Standard

Quickpac Standard are parcels larger than Quickpac Mini up to a size of 100 cm (A) x 60 cm (B) x 60 cm (C).

Quickpac Standard parcels are generally delivered personally to the recipient. If the recipient is not present, two further delivery attempts will be made.

Quickpac offers senders various additional services for a fee.

Depending on the value of the goods or the wishes of the sender and recipient, it may make sense to hand over a parcel only by signature.

Quickpac also offers the additional service VINO, which is specially tailored to the shipping needs of wine distributors.

Signature

Parcels with the additional service «Signature» will only be delivered to the recipient or a person in the same household by signature. If delivery by signature is not possible, two further delivery attempts will be made.

Vino (wine delivery)

With the additional service VINO, wine is delivered reliably and carefully in the original box or crate. All delivery speeds can be selected to meet the needs of your customers.
