If your parcel needs to be shipped as cheaply?as possible
Parcel handed in to Quickpac by 22:00
Delivery on the next-but-one working day at the latest
Evening delivery takes place in the following cases:
Evening delivery as an additional service
Signature as an additional service
Larger than the parcel box
Priority
If the parcel has to be with the recipient the next? day
Parcel handed in to Quickpac by 22:00

If the recipient ordered late in the evening, yet the parcel still needs to be with them the next day. These parcels are usually produced early in the morning and then handed over to Quickpac.

Delivery the same day
Evening delivery is standard and included in the price

If the recipient orders today and still needs to take delivery today.
Parcel handed in to Quickpac by 12:00
Parcel handed in directly to the depots even up to 15:30

Omnichannel Readiness Index – Direkter Kontakt via Online-Kanal wird wichtiger
Bereits zum dritten Mal haben Google, MindTake Research und der HANDELSVERBAND.SWISS den Omnichannel Readiness Index durchgeführt. Die Studie, bei der die Omnichannel-Reife von Schweizer Händlern geprüft wird, wurde heute veröffentlicht. Das Ergebnis des Index ist jeweils ein Score pro Händler-Kategorie sowie ein Gesamtscore, der eine Indikation gibt, wo die Schweizer Einzelhändler stehen.

Lieferverzögerung: 45 Prozent der Kunden erwarten ein sofortiges Update
Nicht alle Onlinehändler bieten Informationen zum Verbleib der Bestellung. Das sollte sich aus Kundensicht ändern: Laut einer parcelLab-Umfrage wünscht sich knapp die Hälfte der deutschen Verbraucher, schnellstmöglich über verzögerte Lieferungen informiert zu werden.
